Who can be included on a family membership?

A family membership covers the member and their household, including dependants aged 22 and under. Who qualifies as a dependant is set by the membership terms.

How is membership billed?

The billing period is set in the membership terms. The price shown on this page is the current published figure.

How does the referral program work?

Members receive 30 points for each eligible referral. What makes a referral eligible, and when points can be adjusted or reversed, is set by the program terms.

Does reaching a points tier guarantee a scholarship?

No. Reaching a tier confers eligibility to apply at that award level. Awards remain subject to program eligibility, verification, application requirements, available funding and the official terms and conditions.

Can I cancel or change my membership?

Cancellation, renewal and refund arrangements are set out in the membership terms and the donation and refund policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page.
