How an application is made, reviewed and decided.

Applying

How an application is handled

Four stages, from checking your own position to a decision. Each is governed by the scholarship terms.

  1. Check your eligibility

Your points balance must be at or above a tier, and your membership active, at the point the application is reviewed.

  2. Submit an application

Applications are made at the award level your tier opens. The scholarship terms set out what supporting information is required.

  3. Verification and review

Membership, points and supporting information are verified. The application is then assessed against the published selection criteria.

  4. Decision

A decision is made subject to available funding and the program terms, and communicated to the applicant.

Supporting information

Documents and how they are handled

An application asks for supporting information. What is required is set out in the scholarship terms rather than summarised here, so that the terms remain the single authority and cannot be contradicted by a page.

Documents supplied in support of an application are treated as confidential and are used only for assessing that application. Applications are not submitted through this page; contact the team to begin one.
